Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It mAt Decent Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

🕒 How Long Do I Have to Return?
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange, in line with UK and EU consumer rights for distance selling. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt).

🚫 Items We Can’t Accept for Return
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, perfumes, skincare, and makeup
  • Vitamins, supplements, and other ingestible products

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

💳 Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

If your refund is late or missing:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time to appear.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
